Matteo Eydallin was born in 1985 in Val di Susa, Italy, and has always had a deep bond with the mountains and skiing. As a child, he excelled in alpine disciplines,
but the real turning point came in 2003 when, thanks to Federico Acquarone, he discovered ski mountaineering. From that moment it was love at first sight: the perfect sport for someone who loves to feel free and move without limits among
the peaks.

Recruited by the Italian Army thanks to his results, Matteo built an extraordinary career full of international successes and authentic emotions. Beyond world and
European titles, what truly sets him apart is his passion for the great ski mountaineering classics, where technique, endurance and team spirit matter more
than the stopwatch.
