Rosa Lara Feliu was born on March 15, 1994, in Barcelona, Spain. She has loved sports since childhood, practicing basketball, tennis, and karate. During her university years she set them aside, but after finishing her studies she found her true dimension in running: first on the road, then in the mountains. After Covid, she decided to dedicate herself seriously to trail running, a discipline that allows her to combine her love for challenge with the happiness she feels in the mountains.
What Rosa values most is the connection with nature that every training session gives her. For her, running is not only effort, but a way to test herself, set new goals, and grow step by step. In every race, she carries a clear thought with her: limits are set by ourselves, and we must always trust and fight until the very end.
Her goals are clear: in the short term she is aiming for the World Championship in Canfranc in the Ultra distance, while next year she wants to prepare for legendary races like Zegama, the Mont Blanc Marathon, and an UTMB event. Looking ahead, she dreams of focusing more on ultra distances and testing herself in extreme challenges such as UTMB or other 100-mile races.
