For our headquarters in Asolo, Italy, we are looking for a Footwear Design Specialist to contribute to the development of SCARPA's future footwear collections by transforming insights, trends, and user needs into innovative, high-performance products.
You will join the Design team, working closely with the Pattern Making, Product Development, and Marketing teams to create technical solutions that reflect the essence of the brand and meet the needs of our outdoor communities.
What You Will Do
- Translate product ideas and briefs into technical drawings and graphic deliverables using digital design tools.
- Develop design concepts and proposals for performance and outdoor footwear.
- Support the creation of renderings, technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
- Analyze market trends, material innovations, and the behaviors of outdoor communities to identify new product opportunities.
- Actively participate in product reviews, ensuring attention to detail and consistency across collections.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, continuous improvement environment to support the successful industrialization of products.
Who We're Looking For
- Approximately 5–10 years of experience in product design, footwear design, or industrial design.
- Good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
- Basic knowledge of 3D CAD software and familiarity with technical files (2D outsole analysis and pattern design), as well as pattern making processes through collaboration with pattern makers and product developers.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and a structured approach to product development.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and creative functions.

Requirements

Compensation

For our headquarters in Asolo (Italy), we are looking for a Sport Marketing Specialist – Climbing to help shape and grow our global Climbing business.
In this role, you will play a key part in defining and managing SCARPA's global Climbing events and athlete strategy, coordinating an international team, and managing the dedicated budget. You will represent the brand with energy and authenticity, both internally and externally, while contributing to the development of one of SCARPA's most strategic business areas.
What You Will Do
- Define, manage and develop SCARPA's athlete and event strategy for the Climbing category, ensuring alignment with the brand positioning.
- Manage and expand SCARPA's sponsorship program with climbing gyms worldwide.
- Contribute to building and structuring the global Climbing function by defining processes, priorities and ways of working.
- Coordinate the global Climbing team, fostering collaboration across international markets and internal stakeholders.

For our headquarters in Asolo, Italy, we are looking for a Quality Control Specialist to support the development and strengthening of our Quality Control department, ensuring high quality standards throughout the entire production process, from raw materials to finished products.
This role will play a strategic part in the future development of the Quality department. You will work closely with Production, R&D, and our manufacturing facilities, contributing to the continuous improvement and standardization of quality processes. Over time, you will be supported through a professional development path aimed at preparing you to take responsibility for the Quality Control Department.
What You Will Do
- Oversee quality control throughout the entire production cycle, from raw materials to finished products.
- Collaborate with the R&D and Production teams to prevent and resolve quality-related issues.
- Monitor the quality performance of manufacturing plants through regular audits and visits to production sites across Europe and Asia.
- Analyze quality data and KPIs, preparing reports and improvement plans using analytical tools, particularly Microsoft Excel.

What You Will Do
- Analyze and map business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement
