For our headquarters in Asolo (Italy), we are looking for a Senior Footwear Developer / Pattern Engineer to join our Product Development team.
In this strategic role, you will be responsible for the technical development of our footwear collections for international markets, leading product development projects with our Asian manufacturing partners and ensuring the successful industrialization of each product—from concept through to production.
What You Will Do
- Lead the technical development of new performance footwear models.
- Collaborate closely with the Design, Product Management and Sourcing teams to ensure product feasibility and manufacturability.
- Work closely with Asian suppliers and manufacturing partners on a daily basis.
- Coordinate product development and prototyping activities at overseas manufacturing facilities.
- Provide technical expertise in the selection of materials, components and construction solutions.
- Monitor product quality, performance and development timelines throughout the project lifecycle.
- Travel regularly to suppliers and manufacturing facilities in Asia to oversee development and production activities firsthand.
Who We Are Looking For
- A professional with 5–10 years of experience in sports footwear development and pattern engineering.
- Strong technical expertise across all footwear components, including uppers, bottoms, outsoles, materials and manufacturing processes.
- Experience working in international and multicultural environments.
- A proactive, results-oriented professional who can independently manage complex development projects.
- Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or technical diploma in Engineering, Product Design or a related field.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Willingness to travel frequently to Asia (approximately five trips per year, each lasting 2–3 weeks).
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience developing lifestyle, running, training or outdoor footwear (excluding mountaineering footwear).
- Proven experience working with Asian suppliers and manufacturing facilities.
- Strong knowledge of innovative materials and footwear manufacturing technologies.

Compensation:
The expected salary range for this position is €40,000–€50,000 gross per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

For our headquarters in Asolo, Italy, we are looking for a Quality Control Specialist to support the development and strengthening of our Quality Control department, ensuring high quality standards throughout the entire production process, from raw materials to finished products.
This role will play a strategic part in the future development of the Quality department. You will work closely with Production, R&D, and our manufacturing facilities, contributing to the continuous improvement and standardization of quality processes. Over time, you will be supported through a professional development path aimed at preparing you to take responsibility for the Quality Control Department.
What You Will Do
- Oversee quality control throughout the entire production cycle, from raw materials to finished products.
- Collaborate with the R&D and Production teams to prevent and resolve quality-related issues.
- Monitor the quality performance of manufacturing plants through regular audits and visits to production sites across Europe and Asia.
- Analyze quality data and KPIs, preparing reports and improvement plans using analytical tools, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Gradually take responsibility for coordinating the Quality Control team.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of quality processes and ISO-based standards, supporting the continuous evolution of the Quality organization.
Who We Are Looking For
- You have solid experience in Quality Control within structured manufacturing companies, preferably in the sports footwear, outdoor, or luxury industries.
- You have managed product quality throughout the entire production process, from raw material inspection to final product validation.
- You are familiar with in-house manufacturing processes and the dynamics of industrial production environments.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- You are detail-oriented, analytical, observant, and driven by continuous improvement.
- You have experience in—or a strong aptitude for—leading people and are motivated to grow into a managerial role.
Requirements
- Technical diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technologies, or a related field.
- Excellent command of English.
- Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis:
- approximately once a month to our manufacturing facilities in Serbia and Romania;
- approximately 4–5 business trips per year to Asia.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the sports footwear or outdoor industry.
- Knowledge of footwear repair techniques and technical footwear analysis.
- Experience working within ISO quality management systems and continuous improvement environments.

Compensation:
Competitive compensation package under the Italian Footwear Industry Collective Labour Agreement, with an indicative annual gross salary between €35,000 and €45,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

For our headquarters in Asolo, Italy, we are looking for a Business Process Functional Analyst to help analyze and interpret business processes, supporting their evolution through digital solutions and IT tools.
This role will play a key part in the continuous improvement and digitalization of business processes, working closely with internal departments (Product Development, Purchasing, Sales, Logistics, and Controlling) as well as external partners (software vendors and IT service providers).
What You Will Do
- Analyze and map business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into IT solutions
- Support the implementation and enhancement of IT systems (e.g., PLM and other business applications)
- Develop reports and dashboards using Power BI, integrating data from multiple systems
- Liaise with IT vendors and consultants to support project delivery
- Assist end users in the adoption and use of IT procedures and tools

Compensation: The position is classified at Level 4 of the Italian Footwear Industry Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Calzature Industria), with an indicative annual gross salary ranging from €28,000 to €35,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
