SCARPA Pro Program Regulations
1. Program Overview
SCARPA Pro is a program reserved for selected categories of:
- SCARPA contracted athletes
- Mountain guides, ski instructors, and rescue professionals who operate daily in mountain environments;
- Professionals connected to the outdoor industry and/or companies within the outdoor sector.
The program is designed to offer the above categories dedicated purchasing conditions on SCARPA products. Access to the program is subject to application, verification, and approval by SCARPA. This program is valid only for the shipping countries listed on the Shipping and Payment page.
2. Eligibility Requirements and Application
To apply for the SCARPA Pro program, applicants must:
- complete the application form in full,
- provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information,
- upload any required supporting documentation,
- fully accept these Regulations.
SCARPA reserves the right to request additional information or documentation if deemed necessary for evaluation purposes.

4. Program Validity
Participation in the SCARPA Pro program is valid on an annual basis and automatically expires on December 31 of the current year, regardless of the approval date.
Upon expiration, access to reserved conditions is automatically revoked.
To continue participating in the program, a new application must be submitted for the following year, which will be subject to a new evaluation.
5. Terms of Use
The benefits of the SCARPA Pro program are personal and non-transferable; they may only be used for personal purchases and cannot be shared or transferred to third parties.
Commercial conditions, including the discount percentage and annual spending limit, are determined by SCARPA and may change at any time.
Certain items are excluded from discounts (e.g., already discounted products, e-gift cards, and experiences such as SCARPA Ice Days).
If SCARPA detects purchases made on behalf of third parties, access to the program will be immediately revoked without prior notice.
6. Confidentiality
Participants in the SCARPA Pro Program agree to:
- not disclose, communicate, or make public in any form the value of the reserved conditions received,
- not share any information regarding the program conditions with external parties.
Any breach of confidentiality obligations will result in immediate termination from the SCARPA Pro Program.
7. Revocation, Suspension, and Changes
SCARPA reserves the right to:
- suspend or revoke access to the SCARPA Pro Program in case of violation of these Regulations;
- modify, suspend, or terminate the program at any time, with prior notice.
8. Acceptance of the Regulations
Submission of an application and participation in the SCARPA Pro Program imply full acceptance of these Regulations.

How long does it take to receive a response?
Once your application has been received, SCARPA team may take up to 15 working days to complete the evaluation. The outcome, whether positive or negative, will be communicated via email.
How long does the program last?
Access to SCARPA Pro Program is valid until December 31 of the current year. A new application is required for the following year.
Are all products included in the program?
Products already on sale, e-gift cards, and experiences such as SCARPA Ice Days are excluded from the program.
Can the program benefits be used for other people?
