Easy return

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of receipt and receive a full refund of the purchase price (excluding return shipping costs).
To be accepted, returned items must be unused, in the original undamaged box, and with tags still attached to the shoes, as stated in our Terms and Conditions.

 

**If you placed an order on the old version of the SCARPA website (between September 15th and September 29th, 2025) and are still within the return period, please submit your request using the “Contact” form.

 

How to request a return
  1. Click on Start your return here.

  2. Enter your order number (always starting with SCT- ) and email address.

  3. Click on Returns and select the items you wish to return, filling in the required fields.

  4. Click on “Submit request”.

You will then receive a confirmation email approving or rejecting your request. Only after approval from SCARPA Customer Care will you receive the shipping label and instructions for delivery to the courier appointed for collection.

SCARPA will process your request within 14 days of receiving the return, refunding the purchase price paid at the time of order (excluding return shipping costs). You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued to the same payment method used for your purchase.

  • 120 NOK Return Fee: Norway

 

Non-CEE countries

For returns coming from non-EU countries (Albania, Andorra, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Canary Island, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Norway, Serbia, Ukrain), SCARPA will not cover any customs duties or import charges, which will therefore remain the responsibility of the customer.

The procedure is simple:
after submitting the return request, the customer will receive by e-mail the DHL shipping label and the necessary customs documentation. The customer must print the label, attach it to the parcel, and enclose the customs documents in a transparent pouch on the outside of the shipment (or hand them directly to the courier). It is also the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the contents are compliant and correctly declared.

During customs clearance, DHL will present the provided documentation and, if import duties or taxes are applied upon entry into Italy, DHL will advance the amount on behalf of the customer. The customer will then be contacted by DHL (usually by e-mail or phone) to settle these charges, which is a necessary condition for the return to be delivered to the SCARPA warehouse.

 

Non-compliant items

If the returned goods fail the quality check (used or not intact), no refund will be issued. You can still request to have the product returned to you by contacting Customer Care and covering the shipping costs.

 

Ski mountaineering boots:

Ski mountaineering boots may be returned before being heat-molded.
If you wish to return the item, you may submit a request through our form.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Please note that returns cannot be processed at the store you selected for the heat-molding service.

 

Size exchanges

For a size change, please follow the standard return procedure and then place a new order with the correct size.

 

Returns of in-store purchases

Items purchased in physical stores cannot be returned through the website. In this case, please go directly to the store where you purchased the product and ask the retailer for assistance.
