Damien Arnaud

When the Line Becomes an Obsession

Damien Arnaud skiing down with his Maestrale RS

Damien Arnaud was born in 1996 and is a French freeride skier and mountaineer, known for his passion for opening new lines on extreme mountains. He never thought he would turn his passion into a profession: skiing and the mountains have always been a game, a way of life.

A tireless dreamer, Damien imagines lines and projects that take shape through a clear ambition: always giving the best of himself. He believes that nothing is too
far, too high, or too hard if you give yourself the means. With this mindset, he seeks to inspire those who follow his adventures, showing that any goal, even the boldest, is achievable.

He has been part of a group of young riders from Chamonix who opened a new line on the south face of the Aiguille du Moine and completed spectacular descents in the Indian Himalayas, on the slopes of Nun, pushing their limits in wild, high-altitude environments.
