All SCARPA footwear uses Europeansizing, except for the skiing boots.

  •  1 Euro whole size = 6.6 mm = 0.26 inches
  • 1 US whole size = 8.4 mm = 0.33 inches
  • Euro sizes provide a better, more precise fit for your intended use
  • Only Ski mountaineering and telemark skiing boots are in MONDOPOINT size.

Upsize (½ sizes) depending on desired fit for mountaineering boots.

For climbing shoes, the choice of downsizing (1 size) depends on the desired fit. In other shoes, you need a gap between the toes and the front of the toe box, which is necessary for walking. In climbing shoes, it is preferable to eliminate gaps, to increase sensitivity and precision when climbing.

All SCARPA's ski mountaineering and telemark skiing boots ski measured in Mondo sizing. SCARPA ski boots break on the half size, this means that a half size shares the same shell length as the whole size above it but the liners are lasted for each ½ size. For example, a 25.5 and 26.0 are the same shell size but the respective liners come pre-molded to the half size. Some skiers may want to downsize up to 1 full Mondo size, depending upon personal preference.

UPPER

Made of technical fabric with water-repellent microfiber reinforcements and an elastic fabric collar for optimal comfort.
The Sock-Fit XT construction system ensures a sock-like fit.
Protective PU Tech rand on the outer side for reduced weight, combined with rubber inserts on the inner side and toe area for enhanced protection.
The integration between upper and sole guarantees precision, wrap, and functional synergy between foot and footwear.

LACING

The newly designed “Speed Lacing” features bi-component hardware made of lightweight steel and plastic. The advanced toe lacing is divided into two sections: the lower part, equipped with lace guides, allows quick lace movement and immediate volume adjustment in a single motion; the upper part includes a lace lock that separates tension zones and features hooks for a smooth and progressive wrap around the ankle, ensuring a comfortable fit without constriction.

37.5® fabric laminated with HDry® technology to ensure maximum waterproofness and comfort.

SOLE

Precision Tech Roll, designed and developed by SCARPA, is a low-profile outsole that offers a precise, fast, lightweight, and comfortable fit.

OUTSOLE

Made with Vibram® Mont rubber compound, it ensures stability and durability. Compatible with semi-automatic crampons.

INSOLE

Pro Fiber Roll is an anatomical and structural footbed made of polypropylene and fiberglass, featuring differentiated thicknesses. Lightweight and equipped with varying levels of anti-torsion stiffness, it ensures maximum performance, stability, and comfort.
