For our headquarters in Asolo, Italy, we are looking for a Marketing Specialist – Lifestyle to support the growth and development of the lifestyle category in international markets.
The role is responsible for planning, coordinating and executing the category marketing plan, translating SCARPA’s brand and category strategy into relevant and impactful consumer experiences.
Acting as the main marketing reference for the lifestyle category, the Marketing Specialist will coordinate activities across events, PR, social media, content and influencer/ambassador activations, working closely with internal teams, external partners, subsidiaries and distributors.
What you will do
- Plan and coordinate the execution of the annual lifestyle marketing plan, in line with SCARPA’s overall brand and category strategy.

This role will play a strategic part in the future development of the Quality department. You will work closely with Production, R&D, and our manufacturing facilities, contributing to the continuous improvement and standardization of quality processes. Over time, you will be supported through a professional development path aimed at preparing you to take responsibility for the Quality Control Department.
What You Will Do
- Oversee quality control throughout the entire production cycle, from raw materials to finished products.
- Collaborate with the R&D and Production teams to prevent and resolve quality-related issues.
- Monitor the quality performance of manufacturing plants through regular audits and visits to production sites across Europe and Asia.

AUSTRIA
Für unseren Standort in Österreich (Preding) suchen wir eine/n Customer Care Specialist (m/w/d), der/die dazu beiträgt, unseren Kunden in Österreich, Slowenien und Kroatien einen effizienten und zuverlässigen Service zu bieten. In dieser Rolle übernimmst du eine Schlüsselposition bei der Unterstützung unserer Vertriebsaktivitäten und der operativen Auftragsabwicklung. Deine Aufgaben
